Tom McArthur is not only the principal broker for McArthur Sanders Real Estate, he is currently licensed as a commercial real property appraiser (State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser - License No. CG-683) in the State of Tennessee. Since 1985, Tom has gained experience and insight through several economic cycles and has completed numerous appraisals for a variety of clients to include FDIC and RTC during the Butcher Bank failures and the Savings & Loan crises, local and regional lending institutions, governmental agencies, condemning authorities, attorneys, estate planners, and individuals. Property types appraised include Retail, Office, and Industrial Buildings, Golf Courses, Single Family Residential, Commercial and Residential Condominiums, Mixed Use Projects, Subdivision Analysis, Vacant Commercial and Residential Land, Evaluation of Ground Leases, and Rural Acreage Tracts. Appraisal assignments have been completed in the following States: Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Missouri, Virginia, Florida, Michigan, Massachusetts, Ohio, Indiana, and Arkansas.
